It would be considered your licensed plumbers responsibility to deal with any leaks or other plumbing issues. If anyone other than a current State Licensed Plumber attempts to install any item to the plumbing, any Manufacturers warranty will be null and void.

If you must change an order and we can intercept it before it is shipped, you will be charged an additional $25.00 for this service.If you must be telephoned before delivery to make arrangements for someone to be there to accept the package, there is a minimum fee of $48.00 per phone call to contact you. If you do a chargeback, and we are found in favor you will be charged an additional fee of at least 50% of the total sale amount for administrative and other office fees incurred during the time that our money is being held up in escrow. You, the customer will also be responsible for any and all bank fees, or any and all other fees associated with this chargeback transaction including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs. If however, the customer is found in favor, then all items pertaining to this chargeback must be returned to us immediately at customers expense and in secure packaging. You are not permitted to keep the items since you did not pay for them. We abide by the laws and or rules at time of discrepency.
