Return & Refunds Policy


IMPORTANT NOTICE:
 
Daytona Beauty STRIVES TO GIVE GOOD AND COMPLETE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL ALWAYS WORK WITH OUR CUSTOMERS TO MAKE THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH US AN A+ EXPERIENCE.

  • All Sales Are Final.
  • No Refunds or Exchanges (Store Credit Only.)
  • A Minimum 25% Restocking Fee Will Apply for Any Refused Merchandise. Shipping and Handling Charges Will Also Apply.
  • Cancellation of Orders Will Result in a 25% Restocking Fee. Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.
  • You have 24 hours to completely cancel an order for a credit card or cash refund.  After that time you will receive an in store credit minus any fees incurred.
  • If at all possible please send your merchandise to a business address, there will be an additional charge for all orders being sent to a residential address.
  •  WE DO NOT SHIP OUT OF OUR LOCATION IN FLORIDA.  EVERY ITEM ORDERED WILL SHIP DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER OF THE ITEM TO YOUR LOCATION.
  • Kayline items are not returnable.  All Kayline items are made to order and can not be returned once shipped, no exceptions.
  • All Kayline items have a production time of two weeks, which means Kayline will not ship your order for at least two weeks from the date of purchase.
  • Shipping charges to be determined.  You will be contacted within 1 business day with the exact shipping and total for your order before your credit card is charged. 
  • An Additional fee will be added for deliveries requiring a lift gate or inside delivery.  This service must be determined prior to shipping.
  • There will be an additional charge of $7.50 added to every order for processing the order.  This charge will be added in the shipping catergory.
 
Because of the large volume of products that we offer, it is nearly impossible to keep up with all of our manufacturers' price changes in real time. Daytona Beauty apologizes for this inconvenience. If an item is incorrectly priced we will give you the corrected price as soon as possible and offer a 10% discount on your purchase.
 
From time to time an item may not be available or is on backorder at the manufacturers, we try to keep our website and/or staff updated about these items and do apoligize if you have not been told promptly about a backordered item.
 
Our company policy for refunds or returns is in-store credit only. Absolutely no cash refunds.
 
NO Charge-Back Policy
In further consideration of Seller’s acceptance of Credit Card Payment, Buyer herby agrees that he/she will not request, demand or otherwise cause the Issuer, or any company providing credit card charge processing service to the Issuer, to reverse and or charge-back the Credit Card Payment to the merchant account of the Seller [a “Charge-Back]. Any arbitration and or attorney’s fees resulting from a charge-back will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. We recommend all buyers to read carefully these terms and the conditions before initiating a charge-back since any charge back will completely void the warranty pertaining to the payment in question.
 
Any cancellation of orders will be charged a minimum of 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges are non-refundable. Daytona Beauty will issue an in store credit that can be used in our physical store or the online store. This credit is valid for twelve months. Please make sure that what you order is what you want. This should include color, size and/or all other options if not it will default to color or option on the website and Daytona Beauty will not be responsible for replacement of item.
 
All replacement parts and add on accessories are a final sale and can not be returned under any circumstances.
 
If you refuse a delivery and it is returned, you will be charged a minimum of 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. 
 
For orders paid by credit cards there will be a 4% fee added to all returned merchandise in addition to a 25% restocking fee.
 
If an item has been received by you and you decide that you do not want that item a 25% restocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for the shipping back of the item. NO ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.  Once the item has been recived by the manufacturer an in store credit will be issued for that item.
 
If your shipment is undeliverable the trucking companies will charge a storage fee. All shipping charges quoted are for regular delivery only. If you need a lift gate or inside delivery, you must phone, fax or e-mail all special instructions for your order and make those arrangements. Daytona Beauty is not responsible for late, lost or damaged items. You must abide by the trucking/delivery companies policies and make your claim within their time limits and regulations. Daytona Beauty has no control over their shipping policies or delivery personel. We will do what we can within reason to get your items replaced if a shipping loss or damage occurs, but we will not replace the items until we receive a claim from the shipping company, and payment in full. Daytona Beauty does not guarantee or warranty products that we do not manufacture. Most products are shipped directly from the manufacturers' warehouses. Daytona Beauty will contact them directly as a courtesy, if there is a problem with your order that is not the fault of the shipping company.

No Warranty is offered from Daytona Beauty.  All warranties are offered directly from the manufacturer of the product that you purchased.  All merchandise comes with a standard 1 year warranty from the manufacturer.  If an item needs to be retrned to the manufacturer for repair within the 1 year warranty period it must have an RMA #.  Shipping is not covered by the warranty  all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
